CALL MEETING TO ORDER – Chairman Marc Couey called the Employee Compensation Special Meeting to order at 8:00am
ROLL CALL – Chairman Marc Couey, Supervisor Don Stanke, Supervisor Joe Halverson
AGENDA PROPERLY NOTICED – Chairman Marc Couey reported that the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVE AGENDA – Chairman Marc Couey read the agenda as printed and asked if there were any changes. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Supervisor Don Stanke, seconded by Supervisor Joe Halverson.
OTHER BUSINESS – MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION
- CLERK COMPENSATION POLICY –Discussion regarding employee compensation policy details were held pursuant to the stated purpose of the closed session. Supervisor Joe Halverson made a motion to present an employee compensation policy based on details discussed in closed session at the June Town Hall Regular Meeting, seconded by Supervisor Don Stanke. Motion carried.
- TREASURER PAY RATE – Discussion regarding the appointed Town Treasurer wage increase was held pursuant to the stated purpose of the closed session. Supervisor Joe Halverson made a motion to increase the Town Treasurer wages to be presented at the June Town Hall Regular Meeting, seconded by Supervisor Don Stanke. Motion carried.
MOVED OUT OF CLOSED SESSION – Supervisor Don Stanke made a motion to move out of closed session, seconded by Supervisor Joe Halverson.
