CALL MEETING TO ORDER – Chairman Marc Couey called the Board of Review into Session and Adjournment Special Meeting to order at 5:00pm
ROLL CALL – Chairman Marc Couey, Supervisor Don Stanke, Supervisor Joe Halverson, Treasurer Denise Ewing, Clerk Abigail Ewing, Randy Olson. Electors Daniel Killam, Janet Brown, Janet Conor, Luann Kraemer, Pam Kruschke, Dawn Piech
AGENDA PROPERLY NOTICED – Clerk Abigail Ewing reported that the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVE AGENDA – Chairman Marc Couey read the agenda as printed and asked if there were any changes. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Supervisor Don Stanke, seconded by Supervisor Joe Halverson. Motion Carried.
OTHER BUSINESS –
1. Select a Chairperson for BOR – Supervisor Joe Halverson nominated Chairman Marc Couey, seconded by Supervisor Don Stanke
2. Select a BOR Vice-Chairman – Supervisor Joe Halverson nominated Supervisor Don Stanke, seconded by Chairman Marc Coey
3. Verify that at least one BOR member has met the annual mandatory training requirements – It is verified that both Chairman Marc Couey and Supervisor Don Stanke both attended the mandatory requirements of training for 2026.
4. Verification Assessment Roll has not been completed by Assessor – Due to the transition from the previous Assessor and the new Assessor, the Assessment Roll has not yet been completed.
MEETING TO ADJOURN – Supervisor Don Stanke made a motion to adjourn the Board of Review to a later date. Supervisor Joe Halverson seconded the motion. Motion Carried.

BOARD OF REVIEW September 2nd, 2026, from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in person
