Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book
STATE OF WISCONSIN, Town of Orion, Richland County
Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination starting on Thursday the 6th day of August 2026 at 2:00pm., until 4:00pm.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available by appointment via Telephone, and the assessment roll will be available for review electronically during Open Book.
Instructional material will be provided at the open book to people who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
Town residents who don’t have access to a telephone for their scheduled Open Book appointment may contact the Town Clerk in advance to arrange use of the telephone at the Orion Town Hall for their scheduled Open Book appointment. Additionally, residents needing assistance with electronic resources may contact the Town Clerk to make arrangements for viewing the assessment roll.
