CALL MEETING TO ORDER – Chairman Marc Couey called the Road Tour Special Meeting to order.
ROLL CALL – Chairman Marc Couey, Supervisor Don Stanke, Supervisor Joe Halverson, Clerk Abigail Ewing, Randy Olson.
AGENDA PROPERLY NOTICED – Clerk Abigail Ewing reported that the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVE AGENDA – Chairman Marc Couey read the agenda as printed and asked if there were any changes. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Supervisor Don Stanke, seconded by Supervisor Joe Halverson.
DRIVE THROUGH TOWN OF ORION – Chairman Marc Couey, Supervisor Joe Halverson, Supervisor Don Stanke and Randy Olson drove throughout Town of Orion to observe conditions of roads to determine road work for 2026.
MEET BACK AT TOWN HALL FOR ANY DISCUSSION – Chairman Marc Couey made a motion to wait to make road work decisions until after Bids were reviewed at the April Regular Meeting on April 15, 2026. Supervisor Don Stanke seconded. Motion carried.
